B6 or pyridoxine is a central one vitamin! According to Dr. Ellis from Mount Pleasant, TX who has studied vitamin B6 for more than 30 years, “Vitamin B6 is also for your body, such as oxygen and water is important.” Like many other vitamins of the B complex, is very important to get pyridoxine in fat, protein, metabolism of amino acids and carbohydrates, and that’s enough of it can help you have enough energy. It also supports many aspects of nerve health, including nerve problems with those suffering from epilepsy which, carpal tunnel syndrome and psychiatric disorders. B6 is also an important factor in helping red blood cells regenerate, and appears to be a major factor in stimulating the immune system, which was shown to be particular to defend the body against liver cancer. Vitamin B6 is important to make the body produce various neurotransmitters to help, and therefore it is important for memory. It also seems to prevent or reduce glucose intolerance, which is when your blood sugar abnormally high peaks after meals. The research also shows that Dr. Ellis can contribute to asthma attacks, because the body seems to reduce histamine. It also seems to contribute to protect the body against atherosclerosis, because it reduces a chemical in the blood damages the arteries. It can also help healthy skin to reduce acne and morning sickness. B6 inhibits the production of histamine and thus can help with allergies and asthma. It also appears useful in cases of PMS, as a natural diuretic. Vitamin B6 Additional requirements B6 appears to be especially for the elderly and those with PMS, the symptoms of menopause, and those with heart problems and blood sugar. * There seems to be needed in larger quantities of smokers, persons under considerable stress, and those that require a high level of chemicals in the environment (what most of us today!). It’s seems one of those vitamins that we need to higher levels in the modern world, because of all the stress and pollution! * This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The symptoms of deficiency of PYRIDOXINE Depression and anxiety, as well as anemia and lethargy and were associated with pyridoxine deficiency. Carpal tunnel syndrome and numbness and tingling in the knees, shoulders and hands may also be a sign of a lack of vitamin B6. Some other symptoms include PMS, sleep disorders, and kidney stones. Food sources and supplements of vitamin B6 This yeast, whole grains like whole wheat bread and brown rice, bananas, egg, poultry and offal, avocados, nuts and legumes such as peanuts and walnuts. If you can choose to supplement, we suggest that vitamin A in foods with B-complex, there were less than B-vitamins shown separately sometimes cause imbalances in the body, have actually secured a negative effect on the long term. Note: Excessive consumption of B6 was found to cause adverse symptoms such as numbness in hands and feet and other symptoms of nerve damage. Always with your doctor before taking high B6 supplement, and even better, in my humble opinion, not for medical, not synthetic supplements to take B6 only natural source B.
